The Initiative Board had shorter crisis by the end of 2001. Since the beginning of 2002 the number of members has been increased and on 28th of June, 2002 Rotary Club Kruševac officially became the member of Rotary International. The humanitarian activities of our club also contributed admission to RI. |

In the organization of the Initiative Board RC Kruševac on 13th April, 2002 was held the Painting Colony as the first part of action HELP THE CHILDREN IN ORPHAN CENTER “JEFIMIJA”. Ten painters took part in the colony and all necessary material was supplied by RC Kruševac. The painted pictures of humanists in our town were sold at the auction on 24th of May, 2002 in the Kruševac National Theatre. The realized income was 100.300,00 dinars (1.670 Eur). |

From the first day of its existence, RC maintains close connections with RC Beograd and RC Niš. The visit to these clubs were very helpful and their assistance very valuable. The attendances to their meetings were very worthy for work of the Initiative Board.
Special thanks to our friend John Tziflakos, Vojkan Mitić and our mentor Predrag Đorđević the effort they invested in formation of RC Kruševac.
